We aim to process your order within 24-48 hours. Please see our turn around items and shipping times here.

What do I do if I never received my order?

How can I make changes to an order?

If you wish to make changes to your order, please do so immediately by emailing hello@peggyroad.com. We aim to process your order within 24 hours so we will need any changes or cancellations as soon as possible. We are unable to cancel or change your order once it has been shipped.

I have received a faulty item. What do I do now?

All of our garments are checked over thoroughly, however if you have received a faulty item, please email hello@peggyroad.com and we will be happy to assist you.
