Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY FOR NON-SWIMWEAR ITEMS

Please note this policy differs to our swimwear items. Please read the Returns Policy for swimwear items below.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can exchange your product for store credit, a gift card, a different product or a refund to the original payment method.

  • Items must be returned and received by Peggy Road within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items must be in the same condition when they were sent and received (unworn & unwashed with tags attached and in original packing).
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. (Items must have no marks, stains or smells)
  • Please contact Peggy Road within 48 hours of receiving your item to initiate the return process.

  • We do not cover the cost of the return shipping.

  • Once we receive the item from you we will inspect it to ensure it is in saleable condition. If your return is approved, you will be notified of this.
  • In the case that your refund is approved, the original postage cost is excluded from the total refund amount.

  • Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy: 

  • We do not accept returns on sale items. We will however accept an exchange if the size is incorrect or you wish to change the item for another.
  • We do not accept returns on preorder items. We will however offer a store credit or an exchange.
  • Please note we do not accept any returns or exchanges on clearance items. A clearance item is an item that is discounted by at least 50% off.

RETURNS POLICY FOR SWIMWEAR ITEMS (Updated 30th October 2025)

We understand buying swimwear online can be tricky, which is why we have implemented a new returns policy.

We offer refunds and exchanges or store credit notes if you wish to return your swimwear within 14 days of receipt of your order. You can request a different size, a completely different product, a store credit or a refund to the same payment method. Our store credit notes have no expiry to them.

Terms & Conditions for Swimwear Returns

    • All swimwear must be tried on with underwear on. Please do not remove the protective adhesive strip. Returns will not be accepted if the protective adhesive strip has been removed and/or where it is obvious the items have been worn and may be sent back to the customer.

    • Items must be returned and received by Peggy Road within 14 days of receipt of your order. Items must be in the same condition when they were sent and received (unworn & unwashed with tags attached and in original packing).

    • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

    • Please contact Peggy Road within 48 hours of receiving your item to initiate the return process. Email hello@peggyroad.com with your order number and date of purchase.

    • Items must be returned and received by Peggy Road within 14 days of receipt of your order.
