Pre-Order

The information below is for those who purchase items marked as "pre-order".

A pre-order item is an order placed for an item which is not yet in stock but is available to purchase.

When you purchase an item that is marked as pre-order, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

1. The delivery time stated in the description is a guide only and therefore may be longer than stipulated.

2. Once the pre-order items have arrived we will dispatch them to you as soon as possible.

3. Peggy Road is not held liable for any unforeseen delays that may occur. Please take care when placing your order as we are unable to cancel the order once placed. Once you have received the item, you may then request a refund if it is not suitable or the wrong size. See our refunds policy here.

If you have purchased a pre-order item along with an item in stock, all items will be sent in the same package. If you wish to split the items, please email us hello@peggyroad.com
