Pre-Order Information

PRE-ORDER INFORMATION

The information below applies to all products marked as “Pre-Order.”

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that is not currently in stock but is available to purchase in advance.

By purchasing a product marked as Pre-Order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. PRE-ORDER DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

The estimated delivery date shown on the product page is a guide only. While we do our best to provide accurate timeframes, pre-order items may occasionally arrive later than the estimated date due to manufacturing, freight, customs or other unforeseen delays.

2. DISPATCH OF PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Once your pre-order items arrive to us, we will process and dispatch your order as soon as possible.

3. ORDERS CONTAINING BOTH PRE-ORDER & IN-STOCK ITEMS

If your order contains both a pre-order item and an item that is currently in stock, your entire order will be held and shipped together once all items are available.

If you would like your in-stock items shipped separately before your pre-order items arrive, we recommend placing two separate orders. Alternatively, you can contact us at hello@peggyroad.com to request that your order be split. An additional postage fee will apply to the second shipment.

Please consider this shipping arrangement when placing your order.

4. PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Please take care when placing a pre-order. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will assess the request based on the status of your order.

Once an order has entered production or is in transit, cancellation may not be possible.

If you have received your item and it is unsuitable or the incorrect size, please refer to our [Refunds & Returns Policy].

5. UNFORESEEN DELAYS

While we work closely with our suppliers and shipping providers to provide the estimated delivery timeframe, Peggy Road cannot guarantee a specific arrival date and is not responsible for delays outside of our reasonable control.

If there is a significant delay to your pre-order, we will provide an update as soon as possible.
